Photo & Video Release Agreement

Thank you for your support and interest in Breath & Birth Co., LLC. We are so thankful to have you as a part of our Breath & Birth Co., LLC community!

Please review this Photo & Video Release Agreement very carefully. By purchasing our products and/or services, you are agreeing to these and are expressing that you have been given reasonable access to review these terms prior to your purchase. These Terms are binding as of the date you purchase or access our products and/or services.

By registering for and attending a Breath & Birth Co., LLC retreat (including but not limited to Beacon, Becoming, or Behold), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I grant permission to Breath & Birth Co. LLC, its representatives, and authorized media team to capture photographs and video footage of me during the event.

I understand that these images and video clips may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• The Breath & Birth Co., LLC website

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Email newsletters and promotional materials

• Future event advertising and retreat promotions

I understand that any video footage featuring private conversations will not include audio, and any identifying or sensitive discussion will be excluded or anonymized out of respect for participant privacy.

I understand that participation is not dependent on being photographed, and I may opt to avoid camera zones or notify the event host if I have specific concerns about visibility.

This release is granted without expectation of compensation and applies indefinitely unless revoked in writing.
